Appointment Policies

Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, up to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Your cancellation fee will be processed day of appointment missed and is non-refundable.

We require a valid credit or debit card to be placed on file for any appointment that is booked with us. This card will be stored but will NOT be charged unless an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

If a client “No-Shows” for an appointment without any warning, a deposit will be required to book future appointments, and their appointment(s) will not be accepted until the deposit is paid in full.

We retain the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly misses their scheduled appointment(s), and may deny you the opportunity to reschedule your missed appointment(s).

Rage & Mane requires a deposit for all color correction services. The amount is determined during your consultation and will be a 20% charge of the scheduled service, which will be applied at the time of service. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policies

We do not offer refunds on services completed within the salon, however we do accommodate clients to their satisfaction by making any requested adjustments free of charge. Color clients may request and receive adjustments within 2 weeks from their original service date. Haircut clients may request an adjustment up to one week from the date of their original service.

We do not offer refunds on open or used salon products, hair tools, or accessories unless it can be determined the product was defective at the time of purchase. However an exchange can be made within 10 days of the original purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased, the product must be at least 3/4 full at the time of exchange. No exchanges will be made on hair tools or accessories.

Contest Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be accepted and upheld by any entrant of all contests sponsored by Rage & Mane Hair Company:

• All participants are welcome to enter, however to accept their prize the winner must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian or be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid contact information must be provided: it is the responsibility of the participant to collect their prize within 48 hours of being contacted or their prize is otherwise forfeited.
• Upon entry of the contest, you agree to receive electronic communications from Rage & Mane regarding the contest and all other promotional content, and acknowledge your right to cancel correspondence from Rage & Mane at any time.
• All participants reserve the right to withdraw their entry from the contest and may do so by calling us directly at (859) 414-0404.
• In the event a winner declines their prize, a second winner will be chosen to collect the prize.
• If less than 50 entries are collected for any contest, Rage & Mane retains the right to cancel the contest, with or without notice to anyone who has entered the contest.
• Rage & Mane may use social media platforms such as facebook, instagram, etc. None of these platforms are in anyway directly affiliated with the contest(s).
• If a prize has a dollar value the value must be used within one visit or the balance will be forfeited.
• Prizes may not be sold, split, transferred, or traded for cash value.
• Prizes may have an expiration date of 1 year from the winning announcement.
• Winners may not be an immediate relative (a relative whom resides within the same home) of anyone employed by Rage and Mane Hair Co.
• Only one entry per person will be considered in drawings.
• No entries will be accepted beyond the posted deadline.
