What To Expect

after scheduling your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or an email to confirm we have received your appointment request. Once the appointment is accepted you will be notified that the stylist has accepted your appointment. (Don’t worry, this doesn’t take long) 

You may receive digital forms to complete from us, these forms help us to better prepare for your service(s), so that we have all the facts for your in person consultation. 

Consultation

We offer complimentary consultation services to anyone who requests one and at the beginning of every service. 

We ask a series of questions to ensure the service(s) you are seeking match with your current hair needs, lifestyle, home care routine, and budget. 

It’s this process that allows us to give you the absolute best results, not just for the day of your appointment, but right up until you return.
